So excited watching last night's game! Stephie called from daycare to ask if it was okay that my kid get face painted to honor Joe Mauer (my honey)..."of course" I said! When I picked the boys up from daycare the kids were all in Twins gear and painted up and cheering! The house was full of excitement. We get home, watch the beginning of the game, eat dinner and then I went to a meeting. I complained most of the meeting that I was missing the game. By golly, I got in the car at 8 pm and the game was still on!!! I made Bear pause the game while I got the kids in the tub and in bed, made some popcorn and we watched the Twins win the game! Can't wait for the first pitch at 5:07 pm tonight...
